What is Subrogation?
Subrogation is the substitution of one person in the place of another with respect to a lawful claim, demand or right against a third party, so that the substituted party succeeds to the rights of the other, or "stands in the shoes of" the other, with respect to the claim against the third party.

To help claims examiners and other members of a client's staff better understand subrogation issues, we conduct seminars at a location of the client's choosing. This seminar increases awareness of the types of cases the TPA, MGU, or Stop-Loss Carrier should be on the lookout for and reinforces the appropiate actions to take.

We provide clients with updated and revised subrogation plan language at no cost. We believe that a successful subrogation program begins with exemplary plan language. Subrogation language should be revised regularly because of changes in the law. We feel a duty to keep our clients apprised of these changes.

We provide our clients with subrogation questionaires and subrogation reimbursement agreements in order to optimize recovery potential..
