Our History
Bryan Davenport graduated from the Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 1988 and was admitted to practice that year. In 1988 he joined the Indianapolis firm of Buschmann, Carr and Shanks, P.C. to assist in their trial law practice and in their ERISA practice. He immediately established a subrogation collection practice. In 1993 he left Buschmann, Carr and Shanks and formed his own firm with the specific purpose of establishing a premier subrogation and recovery practice. Now thirty years after his admission into the practice of law, Mr. Davenport is one of the most highly recognized and experienced attorneys in the country in the subrogation and reimbursement area.
