Bryan Davenport is the founder of the Law Office of Bryan B. Davenport, P.C. The law practice specializes in ERISA issues with specific concentration in subrogation recovery. The firm represents employers, third party administrators, managing general underwriters and medical stop-loss carriers.
Due to his experience in subrogation, Bryan is a frequent lecturer on the subject. He is a past Vice President of Governmental Relations Public Affairs, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for the Self-Insurance Institute of America and was also a board member of that organization. He also served as Vice President of the SIIA Divisions Committee.
Bryan is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He received the American Judicature Award for Excellence in Trial Procedure.
A native of Franklin, Indiana, Bryan graduated with bachelor of arts degrees in Economics and English from Denison University. He received his law degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Bryan and his family reside in Greenwood, Indiana.

To help claims examiners and other members of a client’s staff better understand subrogation issues, we conduct seminars a t a location of the client’s choosing. This seminar increases awareness of the types of cases the TPA, MGU, or Stop-Loss Carrier should be on the lookout for and reinforces the appropriate actions to take.
We provide clients with update and revised subrogation plan language at no cost. We believe that a successful subrogation program begins with exemplary plan language. Subrogation language should be revised regularly because of changes in the law. We feel a real duty to keep our clients apprised of these changes.
We provide our clients with subrogation questionnaires and subrogation reimbursement agreements in order to optimize recovery potential.
