Bryan is the President of the firm. His job consists of serving the client in any way they might need. Bryan attended Denison University, graduating with a degree in Economics and English. He then attended law school at Indiana University. During Bryan’s time at the law firm, he has not only put in many hours towards the office but also towards groups such as the Self-Insurance Institute of America where he served as the CFO of the SIIA and also on the Self-Insurance Institute of American Board of Directors, Self-Insurance Institute of American Audit Committee, and Vice President Coalition to Preserve Self-Insurance during the 90s. He has also been the author of many academic journal articles, along with having many opportunities to lecture. He has been at the Law Office of Bryan B. Davenport, P.C. since 1992. His favorite thing about working in the office is working with clients and attorneys to bring subrogation and reimbursement matters to a successful conclusion.

Bryan was born in Franklin and raised in Greenwood, IN and now lives in Greenwood, IN. He has been married to his wife, Alicia, for 31 years as of June 17th. They are parents to two boys, Rick and Jared; both Rick and Jared enjoy playing basketball frequently, along with hitting all the great concerts that come through Indy. They have one dog, Kobe, who tends to be a crowd favorite within the office. Although Bryan loves all things subrogation, he also enjoys cooking, reading, taking evening walks, and spending time with family. Bryan loves to sit outside and watch thunderstorms. He also plans to hike Mount Kilimanjaro at the age of 60.
